These terms apply when you use kaboeats.com or buy from us. The website is operated by Om Krishna Pty Ltd, trading as KABO Eats (“KABO”, “we”, “us”), based in Melbourne, Victoria. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
2. Products and prices
We do our best to show our products, ingredients, allergen information and nutrition details accurately. Always check the pack label before use, especially if you have an allergy. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. We may change prices or products at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
3. Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
5. Shipping
We ship within Australia only. Standard shipping is free on orders of $30 and over, and $10 for orders under $30. Express shipping is $15. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days and Express takes 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods. See our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Taste guarantee, refunds and returns
Orders on kaboeats.com are covered by our 30-day taste guarantee. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you. Because our products are food, we can’t accept returned packs. See our Refund Policy & Taste Guarantee for details.
7. Discount codes
Discount codes can only be used once per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
8. Using our website
You agree not to misuse the site, including by trying to access it in an unauthorised way or by interfering with how it works. All content on this site, including text, photos, recipes and our logo, belongs to KABO and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.
9. Reviews and comments
If you send us a review, comment or photo, you allow us to use it on our website and social media. Please keep it honest and respectful. We may remove content that is offensive or misleading.
10. Third-party links
Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any issue with a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it.
