1. Choose your blend for tonight and heat oil in a pan
2. Add your meat, veggies or seafood and the blend — 20g of blend for every 100g — and sauté until well coated
3. Add water or coconut cream and simmer till done
4. Check for salt and adjust
5. Sauce too thick? Stir in a splash of water to loosen it
6. Serve hot — and repeat next week with a different blend
